If you were to ask Michael Conklin what his favorite type of project to work on is, he’d have a hard time answering you – why? Because he has not yet found a project at Elecnor Hawkeye that he disliked.

With over 35 years of experience in the industry and nearly 20 years of service at Elecnor Hawkeye, Michael has seen his fair share of in-depth projects, complicated problems, and complex obstacles – and he wouldn’t have it any other way. As the Director of Special Projects, Michael maintains an objectively optimistic and pragmatic approach to each project he is involved in. Never one to feel defeated, Michael cherishes the excitement of seeking solutions and delivering innovative results.

In his role as the Director of Special Projects, Michael carefully balances out-of-the-box thinking with the experience-inspired methodology to assist Business Development and the pursuit of new projects. A people-person, Michael finds personal satisfaction in developing and maintaining partnerships with others in the industry, owners, contractors, and sub-contractors.

Living by his motto of “Work hard, and always be your best”, Michael’s expertise and commitment to excellence are evident in every project he manages. Inspired by challenges, challenged by problems, and transforming problems into solutions, Michael appreciates the strong team of like-minded individuals that the Elecnor Hawkeye family is made of, and the feeling is mutual.
