The Elecnor Group feels responsible to become more actively involved in the challenges, and needs of the environment in which it operates in. Thus, Elecnor created its own Foundation in late 2008, on the Company's 50th anniversary.

The Elecnor Foundation is a private non-profit entity that extends the company's activity to the social sphere. The objective is to demonstrate the company's commitment to society and the environment.

To achieve a greater effect, the Foundation's work is closely linked to Elecnor's own activity. Within the company's Corporate Responsibility policy, the Elecnor Foundation plays a leading role as a vehicle through which social interest activities that are channeled in the two areas of Social Infrastructure and Training & Research.
