Patrick Kelly

Patrick Kelly is the newly appointed Vice President of New Jersey Operations at Elecnor Hawkeye, bringing over five years of experience with the company and a strong background in infrastructure and utility work. Based in Windsor, NJ, Pat oversees project management, estimating, safety, and quality, while guiding the group’s strategic direction and growth across the Mid-Atlantic region.

Pat began his career after graduating from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources. He spent six years working on a $210 million FEMA storm hardening initiative as lead Project Engineer. Since joining Elecnor Hawkeye, he has managed the Power On project for five years and served as Area Manager.

He is passionate about building strong teams, tackling complex challenges, and creating opportunities for those around him—especially in the field. His leadership is grounded in collaboration, accountability, and a clear focus on sustainable growth.
