Adam Walker

Adam Walker joined Elecnor Hawkeye as IT Director in 2025, bringing over three decades of experience in the technology field. Starting his career as a Help Desk technician while still in college, Adam has steadily advanced through roles in server and network management, eventually leading global technology teams of over 100 professionals. He has also held positions in program and project management, supporting companies ranging in size from 300 to over 80,000 employees.

At Elecnor Hawkeye, Adam is responsible for driving the company’s IT strategy and balancing the implementation of cutting-edge technologies with the ongoing support and enhancement of core infrastructure. His projects focus on integrating new hardware and software solutions that boost efficiency across the organization.

One of Adam’s most memorable projects involved launching a managed desktop environment that successfully standardized and automated workflows—earning enthusiastic feedback from users. He finds the most excitement in projects that introduce transformative technologies to business operations. Known for his attention to detail, Adam is driven by values of integrity, kindness, and teamwork.
