Rubén Noya

With more than a decade of experience at Elecnor Hawkeye, Ruben currently serves as Vice President of New York Operations. He began his career in the utility industry from the ground up, gaining invaluable field experience before transitioning into leadership roles. Over the years, Ruben has completed numerous industry certifications and leadership development programs, building a strong foundation in construction management, utility operations, and safety compliance.

In his role, Ruben oversees a wide range of complex utility projects across New York including gas main replacements, maintenance work with major utilities like Con Edison and Central Hudson, and new builds for National Grid. He also leads underground electric and pipe enhancement efforts, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Ruben is known for his calm, decisive leadership and adaptability in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. A strong believer in teamwork, respect, and accountability, Ruben thrives on projects that push the envelope from utility infrastructure to renewable energy innovations like solar and wind farms. He takes pride in contributing to a more sustainable future while mentoring the next generation of industry professionals.
